Statement: Thank you for the opportunity to serve you as Mason County Superior Court Judge. While my time as a judge has been short, that time has made it so clear that patience and taking the time to listen is vitally important. A judge must understand the law, be committed to applying the law fairly, and be able to explain the how and why of his or her decisions. I've had opportunities in my legal career to appear in front of many different judges, from tiny municipal courts to the Washington Supreme Court and I've learned something from each of them. I've also worked with the Legislature for several years on bills that impact all of us in many areas that fall under Superior Court jurisdiction. My goal is to bring the best of all of those experiences to you as your Mason County Superior Court Judge.
